Products
The products offered are digital documents (PDFs) for business self-diagnosis, downloadable immediately after purchase. This is not a personalized consulting service and does not include follow-up unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Price
Prices are shown in euros (€). As a sole trader (autónoma), my transactions may or may not be subject to VAT depending on the customer type and country — the payment platform (Gumroad) calculates and applies applicable taxes at checkout where relevant.
Purchase and payment process
Purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment platform. Upon completing payment, Gumroad automatically sends you an email with the product download link. ALMARA does not store or directly process your payment card details.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish and EU consumer protection regulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance (i.e., download) has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you expressly accept this condition.
Issues with your purchase
If you have any issue with the download, the product content, or billing, write to almarastrategy@gmail.com and I will respond personally. You can also manage refunds or payment issues directly from the confirmation email sent by Gumroad.
Online dispute resolution
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above channels, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
