  • WhatsApp: if you write to us through this channel, we process your phone number and the content of the conversation, in accordance with WhatsApp/Meta’s own privacy policy.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give when filling in the contact form or starting a conversation on WhatsApp, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as a business or mutual-interest relationship exists, and afterwards for the periods legally required.

Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. This site is hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), which may process technical data as a hosting provider, with the corresponding safeguards for international transfers.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to almarastrategy@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulation.
